Back to Xly

The Short Version

We collect nothing. We track nothing. We have no servers.

Data Collection: None

Xly does not collect, store, or transmit any user data. Period. We have no analytics, no crash reporting, and no tracking of any kind.

Servers: None

Xly has no backend servers. The app runs entirely on your Mac. There is no cloud component, no user database, and no way for us to access your data — because we don't want to.

Analytics: None

We don't use any analytics tools, crash reporting services, or tracking pixels. We have no idea how you use the app, and that's by design.

Your X Data: Stays with X

When you log into X through Xly, your credentials go directly to X.com (twitter.com). We never see, store, or have access to your login information. The app simply displays X.com content in a webview — we don't intercept, modify, or store any of it.

Local Storage: Minimal

Xly stores only the following data locally on your Mac:

This data is stored using standard macOS storage and never leaves your device. It is not synced to any cloud service.

Network Access: X.com Only

Xly only connects to X.com (twitter.com) and its content delivery networks (CDN) for loading timeline content, DMs, notifications, and media. No other network requests are made. We do not connect to any Visionion servers or third-party services.

Third-Party Services: None

Xly does not integrate with any third-party services, APIs, or SDKs. There are no ads, no affiliate links, and no sponsored content.

Children's Privacy

Xly does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children. Since we collect no data, there is no data about children to protect.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect product changes or legal requirements. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes occur. Our commitment to collecting zero data will not change.
